At Zaventer, we strive to provide premium-quality fashion products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • In the same condition as received, free from stains, odors, or damage.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards or store credits.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Submit a Return Request: Contact our support team at contact@zaventer.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a return authorization number (RMA) along with return instructions.
  • Ship Your Item: Securely package your item and ship it to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Processing & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds
